Check out some frequently asked questions!

What type of format does my logo / artwork need to be in for my order?

Your logo / artwork MUST BE IN A HIGH RESOLUTION, PRINT READY VECTOR FILE to begin production of your order and to ensure the highest possible quality production of your order and products. ACCEPTABLE files include ai, pdf and eps files.

Note: Saving a file as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF does not automatically create vector at work. There is no save feature or option to create vector art from a flat image.

All text must be saved to outlines.
Art containing text must have all text outlined as shapes. Fonts are not universally accessible, so there is no guarantee we have the fonts used in artwork sent to us. CourtHarbor is not responsible for finding missing fonts.
Quick way to tell if your image is a vector image: Zoom in on the image and if you see any pixels (squares getting large and images getting blockly), it’s not vector!

Great news! CourtHarbor can recreate your logo into an acceptable vector file for a creative design fee of $50.

Absolutely! The dividers extend 4.5 feet from the baseline fence, leaving plenty of room between the dividers, baseline and players.

The base and frame is made of a durable rotational molded high-density polyethylene and the covers are made of a weather-resistant, breathable mesh fabric.

Yes. We did our due diligence with the USTA, knowing that many facilities want to use the dividers as prime branding space during tournaments.

The base of the divider has the capacity for around nine gallons of water or sand. That equates to roughly 75lbs when filled with water, and 112lbs when filled with sand. Although not always ideal, we suggest filling your bases with sand. Sand allows the dividers to more easily withstand harsh wind and weather.

The court dividers were not intended to be moved frequently (i.e, daily or several times per day), due to their size and weight. However, when they do need to be moved, custom molded handles, located at each end of the bottom of the base, allows two people to lift and move the dividers with relative ease.

Our typical turnaround time is between 4-6 weeks. But please note; fulfillment of your order begins upon up-front payment, having a signed purchase agreement, obtaining a print-ready file (vector PDF, EPS or TIFF file) of your logo/artwork and finally getting your approval on the cover layout. (if purchasing the Standard Dividers, logo/art files are NOT needed)

If you are unable to provide a print-ready logo file we can have one of our graphic designers produce one for you. However, there will be an additional $50 creative fee. To avoid this additional fee and to improve the turnaround time of your order, please make arrangements to obtain a print-ready logo file before placing your order. (if purchasing the Standard Dividers, logo/art files are NOT needed)

Yes, we offer a 30-day full refund on all products if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.

2-3 weeks on custom court signs; 3-4 weeks on custom scorekeepers; and 4-6 weeks on custom court dividers. Production and fulfillment of orders begins as soon as we have received your high definition, print ready vector file (PDF, EPS or AI format) and 50% payment of your order.

Our custom court number signs are made of 1/8 inch thick high impact polystyrene.

Our custom court number signs are made of 1/16 inch thick high impact polystyrene.

Yes, our custom court number signs include four pre-drilled holes and our custom net signs include four pre-drilled holes with grommets.

The majority of programs use plastic zip ties for attaching their custom court number signs to the fence and their custom net signs to the net.

Most programs add four custom net signs per court, with two signs attached to the net back to back (one sign on one side of the net and one sign on the opposite side of the net) in each of the two doubles alleys.

The life expectancy of our custom court signs and the length of time before fading of the graphics occurs, depends on geographical location; how often the signs receive direct sunlight; and whether or not they are left outdoors year-round or used seasonally. On average, programs should not experience any noticeable fading of the graphics on their signs for at least four to five years.
